MARIA MARINO

Maria Marino, PSA, IAPS-MC

​Born in Washington DC, Maria Marino works and lives in Maryland. She graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), cum laude with a BFA in Interior Architecture. Maria’s paintings focus on the intimate settings found in the landscape that capture the moments that are bathed in light. Her focus is on the natural world using soft pastel and other mediums to create a dialogue between the art and the viewer.

​Maria exhibits her work in national shows and in galleries. She has received recognition for her paintings by the Allied Artists of America, Salmagundi Club, Pastel Society of America and the National Arts Club where she holds memberships.
