Allied Artists of America is excited to announce our 110th Awards juror, Dr. Karli Wurzelbacher. Karli Wurzelbacher is Curator of The Heckscher Museum of Art in Huntington, New York, where she has organized nearly a dozen exhibitions. Previously, she held positions at the Baltimore Museum of Art and the Columbus Museum of Art, Ohio. She contributed to the recent museum exhibition catalogues Odyssey: Jack Whitten Sculpture, 1963–2017 (Gregory R. Miller & Co., 2018); Joan Mitchell (Yale University Press, 2020); and Joseph Stella: Visionary Nature (Delmonico Books, 2022). Wurzelbacher earned a PhD in art history from the University of Delaware. The exhibition is open to Members, Associates and Non-members from all over the world.
